  SCASFAA 2025-2026 SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

  
  Tier 1: Platinum Supporter $4500

  (if received by 9-15-25, after that $4800)
  

  •  Same as Tier 2
  •  One additional conference registration (total of two)
  •  The ability to host a robust in-person (preferred), full day workshop at no cost to the membership on an industry related topic as the exclusive sponsor. This workshop will be in addition to the events normally planned by the Vice President. Topic is subject to board approval. Deadline for interest: December 1^st.

  
  

  Tier 2: Valued Friend $2000

  (if received by 9-15-25, after that $2300)

  •  One paid conference registration
  •  Exhibit space at SCASFAA’s Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair)
  • The Annual Conference will be held November 9^th-12^th at the Embassy Suites by Mount Pleasant.
  •  Exhibit space at SCASFAA’s Professional development session.
  •  Website banner advertisement on SCASFAA webpage and the SCASFAA blog
  • Sponsor must provide artwork for banner ad (720 x 90 pixels, .jpg format, include link)
  • Submit banner ad to Jessie Kiser at jessie@clemson.edu
  • Banner ad will run through June 30, 2026

  • Page advertisement in the conference program (electronic)
  • Logo listed on event highlight’s as they are sent from the Communications Chair (electronic)
  • Opportunity to place a flyer/insert in the conference packet
  • Opportunity to moderate or present on industry-specific topics at the conference at the approval of the Conference Committee, or a Professional Development event at the approval of the Vice President.
  • Room and meal provided at no charge for lunch and learn at annual conference when offered on conference agenda
  • Conference registration/attendee listing two weeks prior to the conference and a final listing after the conference

  
  Tier 3: Exhibitor: $1500

  (if received by 9-15-25, after that $1800)
  

  • One paid conference registration
  • Exhibit space at SCASFAA’s Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair)
  • The Annual Conference will be held November 9^th-12^th at the Embassy Suites by Mount Pleasant.
  • Opportunity to moderate or present on industry-specific topics at the conference at the approval of the Conference Committee.
  • Conference registration/attendee listing (final listing after the conference only)

  Tier 4: Non-Sponsor $800
  

  • General Support, no booth
  • Online Conference Support Recognition
  • May Present/Moderate at the request of the Professional Development Committee and the Conference Committee
  • Half Page Advertisement
  • (*Affiliate members who choose not to exhibit may attend the conference, but will be required to participate at this level as well as paying the required conference registration fees)

  For those sponsors who do not wish to take advantage of the Tier Sponsorship Packages, SCASFAA offers the following a-la-carte advertising options. You may purchase advertising options on a standalone basis or as an add-on to the Exhibitor option, which does not include advertising. Please choose only one option below.

  Justify Your Attendance

  REGISTRATION COST:

  Conference registration is $250.00 - This includes the meals listed below.  Please note, you must be a SCASFAA Member to register for the Conference.  If you are not yet a member, please complete your membership application/renewal here.  Membership dues must be paid in order to attend the conference.

  The final day to register is October 27th.  After this date, registration cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
