2024 Conference Hotel

The 2024 Annual Conference will be held at the

The room rate is $169 (plus tax) per night. 
This rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the event dates (11/6/2024 to 11/16/2024), subject to rate availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation

If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, to avoid being charged the value of one night's stay plus taxes and fees, you must cancel your hotel reservation at least 7 days prior to the stay.

The final day to reserve your room at the negotiated conference rate is Monday, October 14, 2024. Once the cutoff date passes, the group rate will no longer be valid and the hotel does not guarantee availability of rooms at this rate.

AIRPORT INFORAMTION:

The closest airports to the resort are the following two airports:

Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) - Located right on the island, Hilton Head Island Airport offers hassle-free flight options to visitors

Savannah Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) - This airport is approximately 50 miles (about 1 hour driving time) from the resort

While the resort does not offer shuttles or transportation to/from the airports, they are able to assist in obtaining ground transportation as needed. Various ride-share options are also available such as Uber, Lyft, etc.
