2024-2025 Sponsorship Opportunities

SCASFAA 2024-2025 SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR OPTIONS

Tier 1: Valued Friend $2000 (if received by 9-15-24, after that $2300)

• One paid conference registration
• Exhibit space at SCASFAA’s Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair)
• • The Annual Conference will be held November 10th - 13th at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
• Website banner advertisement on SCASFAA webpage and the SCASFAA blog
• • Sponsor must provide artwork for banner ad (720 x 90 pixels, .jpg format, include link)
  • Submit banner ad to Rachel Elkins (relkins1@tctc.edu)
  • Banner ad will run through June 30, 2025
• Page advertisement in the conference program (electronic)
• Logo listed on event highlight’s as they are sent from the Communications Chair (electronic)
• Opportunity to place a flyer/insert in the conference packet
• 1st opportunity to moderate or present at general sessions, breakout, or industry-specific topics at the conference at the approval of the Conference Committee, or a Professional Development event at the approval of the Vice President.
• Room and meal provided at no charge for lunch and learn at annual conference when offered on conference agenda
• Conference registration/attendee listing two weeks prior to the conference and a final listing after the conference
  

Tier 2: Exhibitor: $1500 (if received by 9-15-24, after that $1800)

• One paid conference registration
• Exhibit space at SCASFAA’s Annual Conference (booth location to be determined by the Conference Chair and the Sponsorship Chair)
• • The Annual Conference will be held November 10th - 13th at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
• Opportunity to moderate or present at breakout or industry-specific topics at the conference at the approval of the Conference Committee.
• Conference registration/attendee listing two weeks prior to the conference and a final listing after the conference
  
  

Tier 3: Non-Sponsor $800

• General Support, no booth
• Online Conference Support Recognition
• May Present/Moderate at the request of the Professional Development Committee and the Conference Committee
• Half Page Advertisement

(*Affiliate members who choose not to exhibit may attend the conference, but will be required to participate at this level as well as paying the required conference registration fees)

A-la-carte Advertising Options

For those sponsors who do not wish to take advantage of the Tier Sponsorship Packages, SCASFAA offers the following a-la-carte advertising options.  You may purchase advertising options on a standalone basis or as an add-on to the Exhibitor option, which does not include advertising.  Please choose only one option below.  

• Website banner advertisement on SCASFAA webpage ($300)
• • Sponsor must provide artwork for banner ad (720 x 90 pixels, .jpg format, include link)
  • Submit banner ad to Rachel Elkins (relkins1@tctc.edu)
  • Banner ad will run through June 30, 2025
• Half page advertisement in the conference program ($150)
  (made available to members to print prior to arriving)
• Half page advertisement in the newsletter ($150)
  (emailed to members)
• Advertising Combo Pack ($500)
  (includes all three a-la-carte advertising options at a $100 discount)
• Lunch and Learn (if available) ($500)

Advanced Sponsorship Opportunity: Platinum Supporter $4500 (if received by 9-15-24, after that $4800)

• Same a Tier 1
• One additional conference registration (total of two)
• The ability to host a robust in-person (preferred), full day workshop at no cost to the membership on an industry related topic as the exclusive sponsor. This workshop will be in addition to the events normally planned by the Vice President. Topic is subject to board approval. Deadline for interest: December 1st.
